Course Description

This course is to orient new employees of The Herd Intergenerational Learning Centre. New employees will develop an understanding of how our service operates. After completing this course, staff will:

• Understand key documents and legislation that inform and guide our practice
• Understand our service philosophy and management structure
• Understand how our service operates, including daily routines, work, health and safety practices and key policies and procedures
• Understand how to use the OWNA app
